"Hi not impressed at all we paid for meet and greet have the e mail to prove 7.50 the driver was meant to be at the airport he called me at 7.48 asking were the passengers were I had to check if the plane had landed .when I called him and told him the plane had landed he refused to come in to arrivals
I then rang him and told him the plane had landed and the passengers were in arrivals by WHSMITHS he then rang the customers and told them to come outside by departures which they struggled to find. "
