"Pre-paid for 6 seater but taxi failed to show. Awful end to our Ruby Anniversary as we were stuck in the village for an hour until alternative arrangements could be made. Be advised that I will be suing for breach of contract. I advise other to do the same in order to stop these taxi firms from treating people with such disregard. Perhaps if they got sued enough times they would stop failing to show up and actually provide the service that they are paid to do."

"No taxi when we got outside. Rang twice was told first will be 10 mins late then second time that he was there. He wasn't there and there were no markings on the cab to identify who was picking us up. Almost an hour later we were picked up.(would have found someone else but of course had pre paid). He then didn't know where to go as not from the area. After dropping my friend off he then drove me 5 minutes down the road and wanted another £25. I had spoken to the cab company the night before about the extra drop off(as couldn't get hold of taxi code, despite letting the phone ring for 15 mins). The company wanted £20 extra which I said was crazy, we eventually agreed £15 which I still wasn't happy about. So when the Taxi driver then turned around and said his manager had told him £25 I was seeing red by this stage!!! An hour late and ridiculous price I walked off in disgust. Never again."

"Your web site shows modern, clean looking transport, one reason I was attracted to it. A local taxi turned up, ten minutes late. The vehicle, if it had been stopped by the local council, who grant licences is likely to have been taken off the road. If it had been stopped by a roads policing traffic officer would have lit up all his lights I am sure The driver knew we were going to Bicester but did not know where. Our destination was the opposite side of the town from us, we had to direct him. On arrival the driver enquired if we wanted to be collected, I stated that we had booked a return taxi and suggested he check with his company to clarify details. If I had wanted a local taxi company to take us I could very easily have rung one, I thought the service you were going to offer was better than that, obviously not. As our party had men dressed in suits and our ladies in evening dresses, for a colleagues wedding, I was embarrassed when our carriage turned up, annoyed with the lack of service offered (although the driver was ok), and overall have no enthusiasm for using your service again. I will await your response with interest."

"The time left for the booking when booking on line is a bit off putting. Not sure why you need this. It feels as though you are being rushed for the booking. If you overrun on the allocated 4 mins it just extends the time for the booking anyway which defeats the point of stating the time left for the booking."

"Disgusting service, the driver was early, pestering the passengers to hurry up because he had another job - so much so that they had to leave earlier than booked without some of the passengers. Driver drove like a mad man and was extremely rude. For the return the driver said 'make sure you're not late this time', and was then 20 minutes late himself, without notifying the guests. Standard of the car was awful. I have sent numerous complaints and not received any response. TERRIBLE."

"The pre booked car was 25 min late, I made three calls to the taxi company and on each occasion was told the taxi was en route. We had no updates. We were late for a recital and missed 45 min of the performance because we had wait for the interval. Cost was £10.00. Return journey with AK taxis was £5.00, work that out! Poor poor service and 100% more expensive than other local companies. "

I telephoned later that day because I still had not received an email and was assured that there was no problem and an email would be sent out before long. Having still not received an email or acknowledgement of my booking I phoned again and talked a gentleman who put me on hold. After 4 minutes with no response I ended the call. "
