"The website offered a meet and greet service and asked for text for the name card. There was no meet and greet and the driver misdirected the passengers to the pick up point. He was on time and very nice, it definitely was not his fault but don’t advertise a meet and greet if it’s not going to be delivered. It was a very late delayed flight and the family were exhausted. Schlepping around the undercroft of Luton was not what they needed. "
